The stunning views and location of the hotel offer a breathtaking experience. the friendly staff try their best to cater to guests' needs, and there are two lovely swimming pools and walks through the vineyard. the wine tour and tasting provided a pleasant experience and the wine and port were excellent.
The room lacked essential amenities like a hairdryer and had a strong unpleasant smell. the breakfast experience was disappointing, with a delay in getting a clean table and food running out before guests could enjoy it.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking scenery that we couldn't get enough of. The location of the hotel was also great, offering easy access to nearby attractions and activities. One of the best things about our stay was the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us throughout our stay.
There were a few aspects of our stay that left us disappointed. For starters, we noticed that the rooms were missing a few details that would have been helpful, such as a doormat to avoid tracking in wet and muddy shoes.

During our Christmas stay, we were delighted with the amazing views of the river and surrounding vineyards from our balcony. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the front desk manager and general manager who made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. the room was spacious, clean, and had excellent air conditioning. We also enjoyed the pool and the complimentary wine tasting, which added to our overall experience.
That some of the hotel amenities, such as the spa and indoor pool, were not available during our stay. the restaurant prices were on the higher side, and the menu options were limited, which was a bit disappointing.
